Southern States Pros, a veteran-owned construction company based in North Georgia, sought a brand refresh to better reflect the full scope of their services. While originally known as "Home Pros," their expertise extends far beyond residential work—they're also specialists in electrical, HVAC, and commercial projects. The updated branding not only sets them apart in a competitive industry but also reinforces their reputation as a trusted, all-in-one solution for a wide range of construction needs.

The goal of this project was to design a logo suite that encompassed the entirety of work that Southern States Pros does while also highlighting its veteran roots and ownership.
The Crest
The client wanted a logo that honored both his family's proud legacy as U.S. Military Veterans and the company's all-in-one expertise. The final mark blends meaning and impact — with stars and stripes nodding to the American flag, a wrench symbolizing their "fix-it-all" capabilities, and a hidden house subtly built into the wrench to represent everything Southern States Home Pros can do for your home.
As Southern States Home Pros expanded into specialized services — including home improvement, HVAC, commercial work, and electrical — the brand needed a way to grow without losing its core identity. I developed a system that allowed each service to stand on its own while still feeling unmistakably part of the same family. At the center of this system is the brand’s “crest” — a strong, versatile mark that acts as a unifying home for all divisions. With tailored icons, we kept things consistent, clear, and cohesive across every branch of the business.
Social Media Design
Using the logo, color palette, and visual elements, I built out a variety of Instagram posts — from service highlights to client testimonials — that helped the brand show up consistently and professionally online. Each piece was tailored to feel cohesive while also standing out in the feed, giving Southern States Pros a strong foundation to connect with their audience and grow their presence
